Creating through connection, reflection and exploring you will use creative tools to be in the moment, be curious and discuss what this means for you touching base on many topics, shaped by the group, such as:

• Belonging and identity in different roles
• Clarify ambitions, purpose and meaning
• Dealing with all the balls in the air
• Exploring what is really going on and where to from here?
• Facing fear and doing it anyway
• Finding balance and getting in the flow of life, looking after yourself
• Gaining confidence and clarity
• More connected relationships and fulfillment

Please note that there is no need to be good at art as this is not an art class with numbers strictly limited as it is important to have genuine connections and sense of community without getting lost in a huge room with lots of people.
